Plot

There used to be more anticipation. Christmas is just around the corner, but the Rigi family is not in the mood for festivities. Leonie and Kian, parents of two children, are about to separate: one last time under the tree for a few hours, then the father is moving out. In the meantime, Leonie naturally wants to celebrate with her new boyfriend, the student Jesper. Only a miracle can change that. That is what her parents-in-law Britta and Navid think and move in with the Rigis under a pretext. However, the indestructible optimists are not the only unexpected guests. Kian and Leonie find a sports bag on their doorstep with a newborn and a note for Kian. In addition to the pain of separation, the social worker now has to explain himself. When searching for the foundling's mother, however, the Rigis remember what really makes a family.
